Cut-out Seals
We offer cut-out seals made from rubber sheets and gasket sheets. This is one of the methods of seal production that involves cutting out seals from sheets using special tools or machines. Sheets are cut in such a way as to obtain the shape and size of the seal that is needed for a given application.
This method is often used in the production of seals with larger dimensions when traditional production methods such as extrusion or molding are not sufficient. Cut-out seals from sheets are also used in the production of non-standard seals when there are no ready-made forms for extrusion or injection molding.
The sheets from which the seals are cut are usually made of elastomeric materials such as rubber, plastics, impregnated fabrics, or foams. Cutting seals from sheets can be done manually or with specialized CNC machines, which allows for greater precision and dimensional accuracy.
The process of cutting seals from sheets is relatively fast and economical, making it often used in the industry, including the production of mechanical and electronic devices, as well as in the automotive industry and other fields of industry.
